6.No Guarantee of Outcome:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hellenic Consulting Solutions shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Loss of opportunity, profits, or business decisions, actions, or omissions of third parties Hellenic Consulting Solutions’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Hellenic Consulting Solutions may coordinate with third-party professionals, including attorneys, translators, and notaries. Such parties operate independently, and HCS shall not be responsible for their actions, advice, or services.

• Required cooperation is not provided
